Short Bio:
Stefano Gnocchi is an assistant professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona since Fall 2007. He received his Ph.D. from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and his main research interests are in Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics, with a particular emphasis on optimal monetary policy designn and on the interaction between monetary and fiscal policy. Since 2009, he is a an affiliated professor of the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. Stefano Gnocchi is a MOVE Research Fellow since the creation of the institute in 2009.
