Academics, policy makers and practitioners joined at Casa Convalescència, Barcelona, around the topic of Research, Development and Technology Transfer. 12 scientific papers were presented by distinguished junior and senior economists and a round table with policy makers, successful entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and TT experts updated the audience with the latest government strategies, recurring problems within the industry and best practices.

The workshop has been organized by David Pérez-Castrillo (UAB and MOVE), Stefano Trento (UAB and MOVE) and Reinhilde Veugelers (KU Leuven).
